How To Use
Cleanse Thoroughly
Use a gentle cleanser and pat skin completely dry. Remove all traces of makeup and products.
Roll in Sections
Divide face into 6 sections. Roll 8-10 times in each area in upward, outward motions. Use gentle pressure.
Apply Treatment Serum
Apply your favorite serum immediately after. Microchannels are open and ready to absorb active ingredients.
Lock In Moisture
Follow with a gentle moisturizer or face cream to seal in hydration. Avoid sun exposure for 24 hours.
Care & Replacement
After each use: Rinse under warm water and pat dry. Store in the included sanitized case.
Replace every 3-4 months or sooner if needles lose sharpness. Dull needles reduce effectiveness and may irritate skin.

I have been looking into dermarollers and needels for a couple years now. Was ver skeptical on this roller but decided to purchase it as it so darn cheap.This is a mainly hair loss tool for me, my hair is very slowly creeping back.Day 1, first time ever using one of these and i ver much enjoyed it. No blood, the needles are shallow but ive always had a weird almost dormant feeling at the top of my forehead where the hair starts to recide. Rolling this over that spot felt very nice i even push down to get the full effect. I did the whole top of my head. I also have white sideburns that run up about an inch or so by the ears so i rolled a good go in those spots because i did hear these rollers may even bring color back.Directions say use it a few times a week but undoubtedly the needles will dull so ill be ordering a few of these.I will check back with my progress. But so far, first time...it felt good. I never wanted to give my head a good scratch incase hair fell out haha The top of my dome has a tingly feeling right now. Im optimistic
Disclaimer: I didn't use any numbing cream. I sanitize the roller before (with 90+% alcohol) and after (dishwash soap) every single time.I've used this twice so far, about a week apart each use, and I like the result. It's not dramatic but it's noticeable enough to me. The acne scars on my cheeks that I tried to lessen with hyperpigmentation serums for years, definitely look better.Since I'm not using a numbing agent, there's some prickling but it's tolerable. It feels like the cosmetic razor pressed a bit hard in most parts of the face. You should get something if you're sensitive to pain.Would not recommend to anyone who has sensitive skin or deep acne scars (I doubt it would do much).
I just bought this item so can’t speak for if it works or not but I wanted to write this review because it is nice that the company ships it packaged in a way that lets you know it is brand new sort of like a vaccum seal where you have to tear to get to the actual product, which is nice considering it can transfer infections pretty easy if it was used lol.
Looks good. Tried it a couple of times and it feels like it is working. Won't see any results so quickly. Its not flimsy or fragile. Quality is good.
I have two dermarollers and both of them are from Amazon. But this one is crazily awesome as i can see the results on my face. Firstly, material of this one is great and comes with cute cover to keep it dust free. Secondly, its very easy to use and i am using it twice a week and my skin is glowing.
